How to use: Add 1 cup of flakes to 2 cups of boiling spring water, lower heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 mins or until desired consistency has been reached. Top with fresh or dried alkaline fruits, agave, or ceylon cinnamon. Add a drop of sea moss to the pot for some extra minerals.
