Can I return items? 

No. Returns or exchanges can not be made. If there is an issue with your item please contact us by filing out the Contact Us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Should I wash my raw sea moss?

Yes, please follow the cleansing directions provided on the package. Our sea moss comes from the bottom of the sea so it is extremely important that you cleanse the natural sea salt, sand, and any other sea elements prior to soaking with limes. 

How long does sea moss gel last?

We recommend you discard your sea moss after 4 weeks of it being refrigerated and 8 weeks of it being stored frozen. Fruit infused sea moss gel variations should be discarded after 3 weeks refrigerated and 7 weeks frozen as they have a shorter shelf life due to the fruits not containing any preservatives.

Our Sea moss is from the Caribbean Ocean in beautiful West Indies country of St. Lucia. 


What should I do if I order is damaged? 

Eat Heal Live, LLC is not responsible for current delays or packages marked delivered but not received. We ask that you contact the carrier in these instances. Once your order leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for it. You must contact the shipping carrier in regards to any damages or lost packages.

Sea moss gel is a perishable item. Our sea moss is made to order with love and shipped frozen to ensure freshness. Please allow 3-5 business (M-F) days prior to shipping. Please note we do not ship sea moss after Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the next week. 

Our sea moss is soaked in spring water and key limes prior to preparing. If you have any food allergies please notify us to make your sea moss without lime. Ingredients for infused sea moss may

Orders that are flagged as fraud will be cancelled, no exceptions.
