Shipping policy

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the address provided during checkout is the mailing address that they would like their items mailed to. We only ship to the address provided. If you need to change the address it is the customers responsibility to contact us directly at eathealive@gmail.com.  If contact has been made after the package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the selected postal company for further assistance.
