This blend reduces anxiety, stress, and calms the nerves.
You may open these satchels and place the herbs in your bath water but that can be quite a mess to clean. We recommend you leave your herbal blend in the reusable Muslim bag that they come in. You may also boil this blend and pour the “tea” directly to your bathe water.
You may add 1 tsp of carrier oils or use as is.
To add carrier oils: Place carrier oil in a small bowl and add 1/2 of our herbal blend, mix all ingredients with a whisk and place them back into the Muslim bag
Drop bag into bathe and enjoy.
