- 1 cup of elderberries
- 2 tablespoons of ginger root powder
- 3.5 cups of spring water
- 3/4 cups of raw agave
- Add elderberries and ginger to boiling water
- Let simmer for 45 mins-1 hour (until half of the water has evaporated)
- Let it sit for 15 mins; strain and add agave
- Store in a glass jar with lid
- Take 1-2 tablespoon daily until cold goes away
