HOW TO USE:
To douche: Bring water to a boil. Pour 1/2 of the Vaginal steaming HERbs pouch into boiling water. After steeping for 5-8 minutes, turn off heat. Add 2 drops of Uterine Oil into the HERbal Blend. Pour mixture into an empty douche bottle and douche as normal.
To steam: Bring water to a boil. Pour 1/2 of the vaginal steaming HERbs pouch into boiling water. After Steeping for 5-8 minutes, turn off heat. Pour HERbal blend and water into a bowl or steam pot. Add 2 drops of Uterine Oil into the vaginal Steaming HERbal Blend. Remove all garments from the waist down and wrap a towel around your waist; this will prevent the steam from escaping. Squat over the bowl and enjoy for up to 20 minutes
Disregard herbal detox blend after use.
