Alkaline ketchup

Store bought ketchup contains additives which are chemicals added to foods to make them more appealing to the eye, and increase the shelf life these chemicals are linked to increased allergic reactions, disease, and should be avoided. Store bought ketchup is also high in sugar and contains soy and vinegar. These ingredients dehydrate the body, robbing the body of minerals, increase sugar levels, destroys the lymphatic system and leads to a host of other health issues. Soy has been linked to infertility in men. Soy also contains high levels of phytic acid and phytoestrogens which withdraw nutrients when processed by your body.

Instead of consuming processed ketchup make your own without all the preservatives. See this easy recipe below  



  • 3 Dates
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup of sun dried tomatoes 
  • A pinch of sea salt (optional) 


1 Remove pay from dates 

2. Soak dates in warm water for 10 mins (optional)

3. Add all ingrinets into the blender or food processor.

4. Blend until smooth 

5  Store in a sealed jar such as a mason jar in the refrigerator up to 7 days.
